Terms and Conditions
This version 2.1 addendum, dated September 18, 2026, forms part of the MyDestiny Terms and Conditions. It supersedes version 2.0 on the subjects below; the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Prohibited conduct
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and the abuse or exploitation of any person are strictly prohibited.
- Facilitating, supporting, organizing, promoting, or encouraging any form of abuse or exploitation is prohibited, including facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
- Child sexual exploitation, content sexualizing minors, coercion, threats, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, and requesting or offering sexual services are prohibited. The Service is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older.
- These prohibitions apply to profiles, images, messages, and all use of the Service. Violations may lead to content restrictions, suspension, or account termination. Report concerns to support@mydestiny.love. Lawful requests from competent authorities are handled under our separate Law Enforcement Policy.
Free and Premium access
The Service is free during the launch period. Premium is planned to launch on January 1, 2027, subject to payment-provider approval and payment-system readiness. Reaching that date does not activate billing automatically.
Registration, profiles, basic assessments, matches, and basic messaging after mutual interest remain included in the free plan. Reporting and blocking are free. Premium includes detailed personal assessments and detailed compatibility analyses for new matches.
Members registered before January 1, 2027 receive complimentary Premium through January 31, 2027 without providing a payment card. Dates use Europe/Budapest time. Expiry does not delete accounts, connections, or conversations; assessments already received remain readable. Members without a paid subscription remain on the free plan.
Paid subscriptions begin only after a separate, explicit purchase by the member. Weekly, monthly, and annual prices, currency, any applicable taxes, the final payable total, renewal terms, and cancellation must be shown before confirmation. The annual plan is charged as one full annual payment. Complimentary access never converts automatically into a paid subscription.
Members will receive advance notice of the paid launch and the end of complimentary access. This addendum does not limit mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
