Law Enforcement Policy

ABACULUS USA, INC. · Updated: 2026-09-18 · support@mydestiny.love

This separate policy explains how ABACULUS USA, INC. handles law enforcement requests relating to MyDestiny Dating. It is distinct from our Acceptable Use Policy.

Submitting law enforcement requests

Send requests from an official agency email address to support@mydestiny.love. Include the agency name, requesting officer's name and title, independently verifiable contact details, case reference, legal basis, relevant jurisdiction, and complete authentic legal documentation.

Specify the exact account identifier or profile URL, the requested categories of records and date range, and the response deadline. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. Receipt of an email does not itself acknowledge valid service of process or the validity of the request.

Validating lawful requests

Before disclosure, we verify the requester's identity and authority, authenticity of the process, jurisdiction, legal basis, and the necessity and scope of the request. Where needed, we verify the requester through independent official contact details. We may seek clarification or reject incomplete, overly broad, or legally insufficient requests.

We disclose only available records that we may lawfully provide and that are necessary to fulfil the valid request, using an appropriately protected channel. Cross-border requests are reviewed for the applicable legal process and data-protection restrictions. Authorities do not receive direct access to user accounts or our database.

Emergency requests

For imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, use the subject EMERGENCY – MyDestiny. The authority should describe the emergency, identify affected accounts, specify the records immediately needed, explain why ordinary process cannot be awaited, and provide an immediately reachable official contact.

We prioritize review of emergency requests and disclose on an emergency basis only where applicable law permits. This mailbox is not an emergency service, and we do not guarantee continuous staffing or an immediate response. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Data retention and preservation

On receipt of a lawful, sufficiently identified preservation request or binding order, we preserve relevant records in our possession for the period required by applicable law or valid process. Specify the records, date range, and requested preservation period.

Where U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2703(f) applies, preservation lasts 90 days and is extended for a further 90 days upon a renewed valid request. This is not a general retention period for all members. Preservation alone does not authorize disclosure or prospective surveillance.

Our Privacy Notice governs ordinary retention. We cannot guarantee recovery of previously deleted records or information we never collected. When a preservation duty ends, ordinary retention and deletion rules apply unless another lawful obligation requires continued preservation.

Confidentiality and accountability

Access to requests and disclosed information is limited to authorized personnel handling the matter. We document the review and the scope of our response. User notification is assessed under applicable law, any binding non-disclosure requirement, and the safety of affected people. For requests and clarification, contact support@mydestiny.love.
