Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, intimidation, stalking, or coercive behaviour.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, false identity, or attempts to obtain money or financial information from another person.
• Any sexual exploitation, trafficking, facilitation of trafficking, or abuse of any person.
• Seeking contact with minors, sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Unsolicited sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or requests for sexual services.
• Fake or misleading profiles, impersonation, and unauthorized use of another person’s photographs.
• Spam, advertisements, commercial promotion, or promotion of an external dating or other commercial service.
• URLs, domains, QR codes, phone numbers or social handles in text or images used for promotion or to redirect people away from the platform.
• Automated bulk account creation, messages or expressions of interest; evasion of moderation, including creating another account after a ban.
• Illegal activity, malware, data harvesting, spam, bulk advertising, or attempts to manipulate or bypass the Service.

Safety and reporting

Users may block or report another user through the Service or by contacting support@mydestiny.love. We may investigate reports, restrict content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Age requirement

MyDestiny is available only to people aged 18 or older. Do not create an account or use the Service if you are under 18.

Enforcement

MyDestiny may remove content, restrict or suspend profiles, or terminate accounts where this policy is breached. Suspension does not itself delete the account. We may retain necessary evidence and audit records for lawful safety, complaint-handling and legal purposes, only for as long as necessary and in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Contact support@mydestiny.love to request a review. These rules do not imply that every violation is detected automatically.
