Protect your identity and finances

A false identity can be used to create a dating profile. Do not publish your surname, home or workplace address, telephone number, private email, financial information or identity documents. Stop contact with anyone who pressures you for personal or financial information.

Never send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, passwords or verification codes. Be alert to investment pitches, fabricated emergencies and pressure to leave the platform.

Meeting in person

Meet in a busy public place, tell a trusted person where you are going and when you expect to return, and arrange your own transport. Do not arrange collection from your home. You can leave at any time.

Reporting and review

Use profile/chat report and block controls, or email support@mydestiny.love without an account. Identify the profile, message or content location, explain the concern and any alleged illegality, provide contact details, and confirm the report is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Share only necessary evidence.

Request review of a moderation decision at the same address with the decision date and a short explanation. We assess reports and may restrict content or accounts. Reporting is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services in immediate danger.
